I am a professional chef with 8yrs experience in the culinary world. I studied Professional Cookery at The International Hotel School and Culinary Arts at The Christina Martin Culinary Arts Institute in Westville, Durban. I joined Tsogo Sun Elangeni &Maharani Hotel as a commis chef @ Vigour & Verve Restaurant. 4 mibth later i moved to USA to do my internship for 15 months. I came back and worked at Grootbos Private Nature Reserve in Gansbaai, Western Cape as a Chef de Partie in Pastry. Later after that i moved back to Durban and worked at Cafe La Plage in Umhlanga as a Chef de Partie in hit section and 3 months later i was promoted to head chef and ran a brigade of 28 chefs. Shortly after that i opened my own Private chefs and Catering Company called Lola Enterprise Pty Ltd & since then i have been running my business at my kitchen premises in New Germany. I also do cooking lessons at the comfort of my clients home. I do all sprts of private functions, corporate functions and private chef services at the comfort of your own home.
