Passionate and energetic chef, I thrive for my cooking to reflect that food
I am a culinary and pastry chef with 5 years of experience in the industry.
Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School(JCPS) is where I graduated with a certificate in culinary arts and diploma in patisserie.
After graduation industry, I worked at Marabi Jazz club with chef Russel Armstrong and Vusi Ndlovu for a year.
The following year I decided to broaded my culinary knowledge went to the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, where I worked with chef Adam Thomas and under chef David Patterson.
A year later I came back home and only saw it fitting i return to Hallmark House and Marabi Jazz club and contribute the culinary knowledge. Marabi Jazz club is where I am currently working, with and under chef Katlego Mlambo
