52Year old white male from Cape Town , I have very creative and have been cooking since age 12 .
I have 34 years of experience , Catering , Weddings , Special events , Worked in
5 Star Lodges , Private Functions , Serve Meals in my Own B&B , Wine Paring
Combining menu's and creating new dishes is my specialty .
I also do Table decor and flowers . I love people and enjoy serving quests .
In my spare time I do pottery . I was a chosen for Kokkedoor but then the show was cancelled and later replaced with Koekedoor , they a gen approached me but I had signed another contract at that stage .
