I received my diploma in Culinary Arts in 2017 and have been in the industry for 18 months already. I’ve worked at restaurants such as Overture, Chefs Warehouse and Canteen and George Jardines newly opened, Restaurant Seven. I enjoy planning new menu ideas and creating them. I am a food enthusiast and I have hosted 2 successful pop up dinners (private dinners) where I have cooked for Neill Anthony: The Private Chef at one of the events.
