I am always willing to learn and adapt to changing environments, thus allowing me to excel in multiple avenues of cooking.
I Studied at two of South Africa's leading chef schools: HTA and FBI (Food and Beverage Institute) where I trained under South African Culinary Olympic pastry chef, Chef Nicholas Van Der Walt. I have been fortunate enough to work in some of the countries finest establishments: The Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa; The Davinci Hotel; Level Four Fine Dining @ 54 on Bath; Jem Exclusive Catering and Events and DW 11-13.
