Get to know me better

I strive for perfection and I am passionate about food and cooking.

I am a professional chef with 8 years experience in the hospitality. I have an International Diploma in Culinary obtained from South Africa Chefs Academy in Cape Town.

My career started at Ellerman House Hotel in Camps Bay working for Chef Veronica Cahna-Hibbert as a trainee in 2016, then I went to explore at a new restaurant called Chefs Restaurant where I worked for 2 years. Then I went back to work for Chef Veronica at a different establishment called The Silo Hotel in Waterfront for 2 years. I decided to leave and go work for Chef Christo Pretorius at The Twelve Apostles Hotel in Camps Bay for 3 years where I learned about fine dining. After I left I embarked on my own journey as a Private Chef in 2021.
