I'm a Professional Chef with more than 12years in the industry, worked along great Chefs, best of the best. I'm currently a Sous Chef at the Boardwalk Hotel incharge of 150 Seater restauarant and also incharge of banqueting. I Love this industry passionately with all my heart and Soul. I'm an All rounder and can work anywhere in a Kitchen, my Previous Executive Chefs taught me that "As a Chef you have to always jump in". Hence today i can run any section in the kitchen.
