Hi, I am Matokonye Moso, 27 years of age. I have 5+ years of experience of which 2 years is international experience, I have 1 contract with Norwegian Cruise Line where I was working as a cook/chef de partie. I have experience in Breakfast, Hot kitchen, cold kitchen and Banquet. I am currently employed with The Cliffside Boutique Hotel as a Resident Sous Chef. I also work as a function Chef which makes my Banquet skills Excellent and my experience recommended. I take pride in my work and I deliver excellent service to my customers, clients and or guests.
