I strive to always keep my food interesting, colorful, textural and fun.

Having grown up and studied in Pretoria, South Africa, I moved to Cape Town in 2015 to pursue my passion for food.

I enrolled at the renowned Silwood School of Cookery, where I gained a Grande Diplôme, after three years of theoretical and classical training. I simultaneously studied food & wine pairing, and food hygiene.
