I am a Professional Chef that has been in the industry for over 10 years and have worked in the Draakensberg and in some regions of the Western Cape and I have 6 years of experience in the casual dining and 4 years of fine dining experience. I have obtain my qualifications at Russell Road College and I majored in Hospitality And Catering Services.
