Apart for passion. I love cooking flavorful food. Creating a patten to combine and connect dishes.
I am a chef based in gauteng. I studied in Bloemfontein where I did my culinary arts course. I have worked previously in Stellenbosch, Cape Town, Knysna, Bloemfontein and currently part of a team that is opening a restaurant at certain Hotels.
I found my peace in the kitchen after a series of events that happened during and after high school.
I have enjoy every moment of my career. Which started back in 2015 when I was doing catering as a side hustle while I was in high school.
But the professional kitchen taught me a lot. I enjoy cooking different types of food. Improvising and bending rules to exceed my clients expectations drives me to keep on doing what I love.
