Perfectionist and love cooking. All l would rather do is get lost in the kitchen cooking and put a smile on someone's face at the end of the day.
I am a professional chef with 5 years of experience. I studied at MCT in Johannesburg South Africa . My first job was at the foundry cafe in Johannesburg then worked at Marble with Chef David Higgs for 2 years. In 2019 l worked at Marabi then 2020 relocated to capetown were l worked at Aubergine with chef Harald part time and Auslese part time catering.
