I am a professional chef that has 3 years experience in the Culinary industry.
I studied at HTA School of Culinary Arts in Randburg, johannesburg. I have experience in working in 3 hotels and 4 restaurants. Through my experience as a chef I have learnt new and better skills and respect for my industry. I show passion in my work and I've taken my career not as a job but a part of me . I am currently also always keen to not only know different types of cuisines but also understand the flavour, history and staple of different kinds of food and make something better from them and that's also unique.
