I am a professional chef who qualified at Capsicum Culinary Studio. I have a Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking, and another Diploma in Patisserie.
I love to travel, and to be inspired by different cuisines from around the world.
Currently, I’m working onboard a cruise ship. From time to time, I may not be available for functions.
I’m funny(I think????). I love my wine and people.
