I’m a professional chef with over 5 years experience, I trained at international hotel school and went on to work at Capital on the park hotel, Southern Sun Rosebank and now currently working at Riboville boutique hotel. I’m have a flare for flavour infusion and Italian cuisine. I am also well versed in Asian influenced cuisine and African cuisine.
