I am a new millennial chef, I finished culinary school in 2021 at Legend Hospitality school and academy. For 3 years during high school i had hospitality as a subject. I've worked at Riviera on Vaal hotel as a trainee chef. And I'm currently working at a Amercan Latino restaurant as a chef in the cold kitchen I prepare and plate desserts, prepare and plate all our other cold section dishes
