I am a professional chef with 10 years experience in Fine Dining. I studied at olive Chef school in the free state and got an advance diploma in culinary arts in 2014. I then went on to work at the esteemed Delaire Graff restaurant under head chef Michael Deg. In 2017 I ventured on and was a part of a team of amazing chefs who opened La Petite Colombe in Franschoek under then Head chef John Norris-Rogers, where I remained until 2020. In 2021 I moved to Cape town to work under James Gaag, the executive chef of the La Colombe Restaurant group. I am currently the head Chef of La Colombe at silvermist wine estate. Now, I look to bring some of my culinary expertise into the homes of my clients, to create memorable experiences with mouth watering flavors.
