Chef Julian Tewkesbury

I started out in a bakery, ended up in a private hospital as a food service assistant. I realized that I had a passion for cooking and creating dishes. I decided to go study the craft and enrolled at the South African Chefs Academy. I did this whilst still working. I graduated top of my class and the year after had the opportunity to interview for a chef position. I got that post and thrived in the chaos that is cheffing! I love the pressure of the job and the absolute satisfaction when a client says they enjoyed my cooking!
