I strive to create exceptional and delicious dishes with the training and experience I have accumulated over the years. I love learning about food.
I am a professional chef with 5 years of experience in the culinary industry. I studied at 1000 Hills Chef School for 2 years, and graduated in 2018 where I then proceeded to win Unilever Junior Chef of The Year.
I have experience in Cape Town at Riverine Rabbit (now closed), where I had a short internship.
I have worked in restaurants like Butlers Restaurant, Market Cafe', The Baron Umhlanga, and most notably was the Sous Chef at 9th Avenue Waterside.
I got my love for cooking from watching my mother cook in the kitchen at home.
