Since the day I made the shift to eating a plant based diet, My whole life changed - that very day! I feel as though I have become more connected to the world than ever before. I have around 6 years cooking experience in the vegan / vegetarian world, worked for two retreat centers around Southern Africa cooking healing food. I have cooked for Greenpop tree planting - Forest Festival, Travelled to the Holy land and the vegan capital of the world - Israel.

I have worked and lived on 3 Organic Vegetable farms around Africa. I am fully trained in making natural cosmetics with food as I was the compounder for Lush Cosmetics, South Africa. I have trained with two very powerful healing cooks (Jen Butcher & Tessa Ashbury Taylor) I have attended indigenous healing ceremonies with plant based medicines and healing plants from the Amazon rainforest jungle and learnt the world of plant propagation from working at the Harry Goemans garden center.
