Chef Jenna Blumenfeld

My name is Jenna Blumenfeld and I am 21 years old. I am a trained professional baker/pastry chef/commis chef working and living in Cape Town. I am a hardworking, dedicated student with soaring dreams of becoming a private chef. My personality reflects everything that I do, in an extremely positive way. I am a bubbly, risk taking and confident young lady as well as dependable, logical and engaged. My work ethic is serious because I strongly believe that nothing you want bad enough in life, is going to come easy. My mature character shines through in most situations, and rather than fighting against particular situations, I flow with it and let that assist me in solving the issue at hand. I fully believe in constructive criticism and undoubtedly understand that the people who alert me of my mistakes, aren't trying to break me down, but rather build me up into a stronger and better version of myself. I have an extremely creative mind and can think of new, fun and exciting ways to view things. I want to use my creativity to the best of my ability and transform, discover and create new opportunities for myself and the people around me.
