I trained at Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town and I am passionate about exquisite, delicious food and wine. I have worked in some of SA’s top restaurants, under the guidance of some incredible chefs. I’m equally passionate about wine and pairing’s, as a qualified junior sommelier I also offer this as part of your experience. I recently finished working at Salsify at The Roundhouse and will be moving to Europe in November to work in a Michelin starred restaurant.
