I became a private chef to focus on the needs of the guest and pushing the envelope a little further when it comes to Intimate dining, bring perfection to every party or simple dinner.
Im have a small team that helps me and that brings me joy, they are talented and respect the industry,
I completed my studies in 2011, and still feel today that im learning because food has grown into another sphere in South africa , and there is so much to gain from local producers.
