Private Chef In CenturionI graduated at the Tswane University of Technology in Food and Beverage Management in 2005. Starting my career as a Resuateant Manager in Pretoria and Kwazula Natal .
In 2007 I enrolled in a 18 month International Culinary Trainee program at The Ritz Carlton, Naples Florida beach resort, USA under Certified Master Chef Darim Moore where I learned innovative skills to create a culinary delight.
I returned to South Africa into the heart of the African bush for six years working as an Executive Chef in Sabi Sand at Leopard Hills and Madikwe Game reserve at Madikwe Hills and Madikwe Safari Lodge. During this period I obtained my Diploma at Unisa in Postgraduate Certificate in Education (2011).
Returning to the city as a Chef Lecturer at The Capital Hotel school sharing my knowledge with young chefs. I joined Clico Boutique hotel as an Executive Chef creating with the Clico team a fine dining experience with an African and International flavours.
I settled in Bryanston for the last 3 years as the Executive Chef for a corporate company and being a Private Chef for the two Executives at their home and travel with them to Mauritius and France yearly.
