I started my culinary career 6 years ago with classical french training, I climbed the culinary ladder very quickly where I become the Executive Head Chef of a 5 star restaurant and wedding venue. I was a Civil Engineer for 12 years before I decided to chase my culinary dream, this helps me to bring perfection of Engineering into my cooking. However it's time for me to do my own thing.
