I am a trained chef, with 2 years of experience as a resident and restaurant chef. I studied Food & Beverage at the University of Johannesburg, where I was taught the basics and excelled my skills within the industry. I worked at Ekhaya restaurant, cooking traditional meats and food, later finding myself in the resident chef position cooking for a family of 8 with occasional visitors. Now I'm a free standing home/private chef.
