I am a outgoing self driven individual, and use food to as a tool to interact with people.
I was the Co Owner and Chef at award winning steakhouse, Fine Time Steak Co. located in 184 Main Road Walmer, Gqeberha, 6065, South Africa. We where the first dry aged steak restaurant in Port Elizabeth and we opened up for trading on the 6th of May 2019. We where a small establishment and due to continuous liquor ban, curfew and restrictions it made it no longer viable.
To succeed in a career that offers opportunity to grow, as well as to become an asset and a team player. I do see myself as a strong candidate for high intensity environments, whether it is in the kitchen or front of house situation.
I took Part in the Kokkedoor Vuur en Vlam Competition in 2023 that was on Kyknet and won, after that we started our own catering company, Lelik maar lekker.....
