I have been in the hospitality industry since 2014. I am a very calm, friendly and creative person that loves to cook and create new and exciting dishes.

I have worked in top end restaurants and hotels in the USA and just returned after helping launch a 5 star South African style roddizo restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

I was lucky enough to get a spot at 1000 Hills chef school, training under world class chefs Jade and Principle and advance course chef Dixie.

A cooking secret...

treating ingrdients as invidiual flavours, using the flavour and spice of the ingredients to enchance eaach other and compliment the textures.
