Passionate about cooking and all things food. My aim is always to make the ingredients shine.
Professional chef with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I completed a 3 year diploma at the world famous Silwood School of Cordon Bleu Cookery in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2007. Since graduating, I have worked in both restaurants, large scale catering, consulting in boutique luxury lodges and private cheffing for a number of local and international clients in various locations around South Africa. I love creating food that brings people real joy, while showcasing fresh, as local as possible ingredients.
