I have worked in the UK & Canada. Locally in top Game lodges, eg Singita & Ulusaba, as well as many restaurants and hotels eg Tsogo Sun and the Oaks.
I am a creative and passionate chef with a love for artistic and hearty food!
I love both elegant and rustic dishes, such Indian, Mexican & Asian cuisines.
I enjoy baking and experimenting with fusion foods. I am also adept in vegan, and other dietary requirements. I love to entertain whilst cooking.
