I am a 28-year-old South African male with a lifelong passion for food and cooking. I've been in the kitchen since I was 4 years old, always fascinated by the magic that happens when ingredients come together to create something delicious.
In the latter part of 2017, I created Dan's Deli, my own line of handmade pickles and relishes. It was a labor of love, and each jar reflected my commitment to quality and flavor. In 2019, I decided to take my passion to the next level and pursued an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts at Capsicum Culinary Studio. Afterward, I gained invaluable experience working in various restaurants and hotels.
For me, cooking isn't just a job—it's a source of boundless joy. There's truly nothing like the thrill of crafting a dish from scratch and seeing the enjoyment it brings to others. This passion fuels me every day, driving me to continue exploring, learning, and creating in the culinary world.
