Personal Chef In JohannesburgI acquired my qualification in culinary arts with Peermont Hotel school and thereafter, I worked at Emperors Palace in Kempton Park. I worked as a commis chef at Aurelia's Restaurant - a five star establishment that specializes in fine dining. I am an all rounder and very creative in my craft. I have experience in medittaranean, pan asian, african cuisine and more. I also worked at Rossetas, an Egyptian style three star buffet and bistro restaurant. I believe that the proof is in the pot, therefore I have images of some of my dishes attached.
