I am 50 years old French professional chef with 35 years experience, work under Alain Ducasse both in Paris and Monte Carlo, opened my first restaurant in Capetown at 28, then went to Russia, Seychelles, Morocco, Mali and leaving between Paris and Capetown for consulting, private chef for exclusive people and catering for big events, Cooking is always a pleasure.
