Passionate about the raw ingredients and creating something delicious that becomes a memory.
I am a passionate chef who loves not only cooking but eating good food as well. I studied at The Institute of Culinary Arts (ICA) and finish my 2 year Advanced Cooking course. I worked for a catering company based in Stellenbosch (Two Chefs) so I am use to cooking for big groups. I also worked at Chefs Warehouse at Maison in Franschhoek where I completely fell in love with food and creating culinary experiences. I ended up opening a restaurant in 2021 on our family farm outside Napier in the Western Cape called Growth. I closed the restaurant to work in the States for two years and now I am back in this beautiful country and want to cook again and share everything that I have learned.
