Studied in Cape Town South Africa at the international hotel school. the moved on to resturants such as the pot luck club and the short market club for 5 years, then I moved to France to work on the yachts for 2,5 years and now am back in Cape Town as a private chef under a company The Kitchen Culture I have started with my partner.
