I am able to work well under pressure due to previous restaurant experiences as well as communicate well with all age groups, Good leadership abilities and I enjoy working as part of a team. I take pride in my appearance, punctuality and attitude and work, yet relaxed and easy-going with a good sense of humour. Studied in Cape Town South Africa at the international hotel school. the moved on to resturants such as the pot luck club and the short market club for 5 years, then I moved to France to work on the yachts for 2,5 years and now am back in Cape Town as a private chef under a company The Kitchen Culture I have started with my partner.
