Private Chef In Cape TownI’m 39 and have been fortunate enough to travel the world working with amazing chefs in amazing locations. I started out at the age of 18 and was running my first kitchen by the time I was 22.
Having trained at the world renowned Culinary Academy in Cape Town, Brad went on to be mentored by the great chef Mike Basset of M yoga. It was from there that he gained expert knowledge and the real passion for great food was grown. At the age of 22 he was appointed executive chef of Wakame fame.Looking for a new challenge and to expand his culinary knowledge he set his sights on Europe and abroad,where he worked with the likes of chef Thomas Keller of the famous French Laundry.Brad has done it all and travelled the world gaining invaluable life lessons and inspiration along with him.
It is now that he brings all that he knows to your establishment and welcomes you to be apart of the wonder of food through the eyes of chef Brad.
