I am a professional chef with over 8 years' experience in the industry. I have a diploma in food preparation and cooking through Capsicum culinary school. I have worked in a variety of kitchens and am comfortable preparing an expansive range of dishes. My most recent occupation was Junior Sous Chef at La Colombe Constantia. I have stepped into private cheffing to explore my own creativity in meal preparation and a closer hands-on experience with guests.
