I'm passionate, creative, outgoing, sociable, funny and fabulous. A private chef who caters for select clients. Birthday's, anytime celebrations, anniversary's, food wine and gin pairings. I was on Masterchef Season 2, consulted and mentored young chefs for Tastic and was ask to consult on Jamie's Italian South Africa. I love creating flavor-bursting food for my clients leaving them with a "how are we suppose to eat anywhere else now" statements. I work with my clients to ensure the menu is what they want and suits the occasion.
Always fresh. And always happy to share recipes while clients immerse themselves in my kitchen.
Majority of my career is based in corporate - brand activation / sponsorship / experiential etc. and that's why I insist on exceptional service and quality with zero compromise.
