I am a skilled chef and entrepreneur with experience in fine dining and luxury cruise ships. I’ve worked as a pastry chef on Azamara Onward and Viking Ocean ship plus expedition ships, specializing in high end desserts. In 2024, I launched my private chef services for exclusive events and later founded Integrated Seafarers Academy to train future cruise ship professionals.
