Chef Zwena Killikelly

I have been cooking since I was younger but really took culinary seriously when I got into high school. Straight out of high school, I went to The Culinary Institute of America for my bachelor's in business management and minor in baking & pastry. I changed my minor to Culinary Arts during the first week. I stayed there for a semester to strengthen my technique in the culinary basics. I then came home to Maryland and studied at Lincoln Tech for one year earning my Certificate in Culinary arts. have started my own personal chef business with the knowlege I have gained from both schools as well as differnt resturants and experimenting on my own. I have done catering and private dinners that were beautiful. I always challenged myself to learn about different cuisines and to execute different dishes. I am very interested in elevated food and comfortable experiences and always pushed myself to show my chefs that I am able to achieve what people say is impossible.
