I earned my bachelors degree (Culinary Arts) at Southern New Hampshire University, and have been traveling New England working at a smorgasbord of different restaurants. My love for cooking and learning never ends, there is so much to explore, and so many techniques to master. Teaching Culinary classes at SNHU gave me a me the ability to teach what I've learned, and show people that you can cook anything you put your mind to.
