My love for Southeast Asian cuisine and my classical French training have shaped my unique approach to cooking. From my formative years in Thailand to my time at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok, and the invaluable experience with renowned chef David Thompson at Nahm, I have honed my skills in the art of Thai and French cuisine.
