I am a professional Chef and restaurant owner with 13 years of experience. I own a restaurant as well as a catering company where we specialize in creative and unique menus built around the customer. I studied culinary arts and management at SUNY Cobleskill. SUNY Cobleskill has been a highly important agricultural college for over a century and integrated culinary arts to be able to take advantage of the livestock, fisheries, and produce farmed and raised on campus by its students and faculty. As such, I learned in an ideal environment for farm-to-table style cooking. I finished both an associate degree program and a business bachelor’s degree program. While at school, I also studied abroad for multiple weeks in France and Spain, visiting Paris, Dijon, Lyon, Beaune, and Barcelona along the journey. There I learned from master chefs, restaurateurs, chocolatiers, and patisseries.
