I have owned my own restaurant in Richmond VA since 2018 where we focus on food from Spain, the country of my maternal heritage and great love! I am the former personal Chef to Mr Stanley Whitman developer and owner of Bal Harbour Shops in Miami Beach Florida. The greatest most wonderful job I ever had!
