I have been passionate about cooking since I was 19 years old. I am improving my skills through traveling to different countries of the world.
I am Yuriy Hyvel, a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Over the past two years in America, I have worked at Choice Restaurant in Pennsylvania and successfully adapted my skills to the local market. I have extensive experience managing large projects, creating unique menus, and building strong kitchen teams. I specialize in Japanese, European, and Ukrainian cuisines, and I have expertise in developing seasonal and fitness menus. My career includes opening successful restaurants, optimizing business processes, and implementing high standards of quality. Now, I am ready to conquer America and bring my creative and innovative approach to a new project. I am open to relocation and new challenges to realize my potential and make a significant impact on the culinary industry in the United States.
