I am passionate about food and the creativity of food preparation. I get excited about exotic ingredients and composition of new flavors.
I am a professional chef that has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. I have worked in a diverse amount of food situations; from corporate to sports bars, from fine dining to banquet catering. All have been rewarding experiences that have taught me a lot about food. I've the privilege of being exposed to many cultures involving food. I began as a conventional cook, but later began developing a love for plant-based cuisine. I love making dishes that showcase vegetables and produce in season. People are surprised at how full they get when I give them a hearty plate of food that includes no meat.
