I am a Cook at home chef and caterer.

I am also an aspiring food truck owner, who has a passion for cooking food and feeding people, I have been cooking for 15 years total, with 10 years experience as a line cook / food prep / pastry cook / garde manger / fry station / brunch line cook and sous chef at a #1 black owned restaurant in Brooklyn this past year. I am Latin based cook and I specialize in cooking Latin fusion cuisine, I like to consider what I do Puerto Rican Comfort food, food that I grew up eating and just reminds me of being home. As a cook, I love to eat all kinds of food from many different back rounds such as Asian, Mexican, Italian and classic American dishes with a twist, which has allowed me to push myself to work with other foods and create unique dishes with different flavors, which I love to infuse and incorporate with Puerto Rican culture and foods and ingredients I grew up eating.
