My life make my passion growing, I travel as much as I can to improve my fusions, I love to mix tastes of everywhere I went and give back emotions.
After pursuing culinary training specialized in French cuisine in the Pyrénées region of France, I developed an interest in gastronomy through working at the renowned 3 star Michelin restaurant « Louis XV » in Monaco.
Following these experiences, I decided to develop my skillset and start training as a chocolate confectioner. Thanks to all of these enriching experiences, i got the opportunity of working in St.Barthélemy in the Caribbean in luxury hotels, restaurants and even independently as a private chef
I organized events like Thanksgiving or New Year’s Day for groups of 10-20 people, with gastronomic services to the local and warm cuisine through the French specialties of my region, I adapt to the expectations and desires of all.
