Chef William Springfield

After my apprenticeship at a resort on St. Croix USVI, I returned to Houston and worked on building my resume by working up through the ranks as a line cook, sous chef, executive chef, culinary instructor, trainer for chefs, media personality, to my current position as Chef and owner of Your Private Chef, Food Tours of Houston and Cooking Classes Houston. I also occasionally hire out as a Chef for large corporations in an advisor roll or to assist in sales.

I have appeared on local TV shows, news casts, and TV commercials.

I have attended culinary schools in hoth the U.S. and in Europe and have been cooking professionally for over 30 years.

I travel often both in the U.S. and to other countries and eat at top restaurants and attend schools to further my knowledge and skills.
