For the year 2005 until 2018 William J. Johnson has been known as one of Western Kentucky's best BBQ Pit Master and Concessionaire.

William carries himself in a professional manner and completes every job, no matter what the circumstances are.

As a Western Kentucky & Southern Indiana street vendor concessionaire, William was one of the first to take advantage of today’s technology, combining them in one service, underneath the website of tbjsbbq.com.

Under his leadership, TBJ’S Concession Service Ministry has provided a food service with a purpose to serve at weekend festivals, catering events, street vending and also as a personal chef.

William has over 20 years of life experience in the field of Culinary Arts, taking food service classes in High School and at Job Corps in Dayton, Ohio, and Joplin, Mississippi.

William Johnson received his skills by working as a dishwasher, back of the house cook, large events catering, cooking personal meals for individuals and being personal driver for five years to elderly lady.

William spent three years being a male model and has done five modeling jobs.

William spent 2010 and 2011 taking courses at Henderson Community College to improve his skills in readi

ng, math, English and public speaking.

During 2003, William became the first minority to own a taxicab company in Evansville, IN.

2005 William Johnson started first faith based food truck and concession services.

From 1997 until 1999 while living in New York City, William received parts, as an extra, in TV commercials and also received an extra seating roll in a New York Talk show.

William has one beautiful wife for the last 23 years Chavon Barrett Johnson and one son Jakob Johnson.
